Check out local food at D2 this summer!

The week of July 5, Virginia Tech Dining will feature over 40 different kinds of fruits and vegetables that come from regional farms.  D2 dining center, the main summer eating facility, will carry items such as green and yellow squash, cucumbers, yellow beans, peaches, and much more.  As one of Dining’s guiding principles, Tech is striving to get more and more food locally as more becomes available.

Voice your opinion!  Fill out a comment card asking for more local food and thanking dining for the great work already done.  Stay tuned for more information on Eating for Change, a unique platform designed to let you know where and when local food will be served on campus.
