The week of July 5, Virginia Tech Dining will feature over 40 different kinds of fruits and vegetables that come from regional farms. D2 dining center, the main summer eating facility, will carry items such as green and yellow squash, cucumbers, yellow beans, peaches, and much more. As one of Dining’s guiding principles, Tech is striving to get more and more food locally as more becomes available.
