VT Library adds various resources on local food, sustainable agriculture

University libraries have added two entries under “sustainability interest guides” that may pique interest for those looking to learn more about sustainable food issues.  The two resources, titled “Local food” and “Sustainable agriculture,” include definitions, helpful search terms for the library search engine, synonyms, databases of interest, web sites, and even recommended readings such as the common book “Animal, Vegetable, Miracle.”  Find these resources and others under “Learn more” on the side bar.
